About This Project
In line with its commitment to social welfare and inclusive governance, the Kaduna North Local Government Council, under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Muhammad Gambo Zion, has approved the commencement of a Ramadan Feeding Programme to support vulnerable residents across the Local Government Area.
The initiative is expected to provide nutritious meals to approximately 6,000 beneficiaries, including indigent persons, widows, and orphans, throughout the holy month of Ramadan. The programme is designed to alleviate hardship, promote food security, and ensure that vulnerable households are able to observe the fasting period with dignity and comfort.
This intervention underscores the administration's dedication to humanitarian service and community development. It also reflects a broader commitment to ensuring that public resources are utilized in ways that directly improve the lives of citizens, particularly during periods of increased economic pressure.
