About This Project

In response to the growing electricity needs of residents in Ruga Rafin Guza, the Executive Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government, Hon. Muhammad Gambo Zion, has facilitated the provision of an additional 500KVA transformer to strengthen power supply within the community.
The existing transformer, which had served the area for several years, became insufficient due to population growth and increased energy demand, resulting in frequent power interruptions and an extended period of blackout affecting households and businesses.
The newly provided transformer is expected to significantly improve electricity distribution, enhance commercial activities, and restore normalcy to the affected areas. Residents welcomed the intervention with excitement and appreciation, acknowledging the administration's continued commitment to addressing critical infrastructure challenges across Kaduna North.
Installation works are currently underway and, upon completion, the transformer will be formally commissioned by community leaders and party stakeholders under the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Senator Uba Sani, CON.
