About This Project
As part of its humanitarian support during the holy month of Ramadan, the Kaduna North Local Government under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Muhammad Gambo Zion, has distributed food items to households across the Local Government Area.
The distribution exercise, which targeted vulnerable families, low-income earners, widows, and elderly residents, included essential food supplies such as rice, grains, and other staples commonly used for Ramadan meals. This intervention aims to ease the financial burden on families, promote community welfare, and ensure that more residents can observe the fasting period with comfort and dignity.
The initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to social support, compassion, and inclusive governance, especially during periods of high economic pressure. Community members expressed gratitude for the timely assistance, noting that it brings relief at a crucial time for many households.
