About This Project
Hon. Muhammad Gambo (Zion), Executive Chairman of Kaduna North LGA, has taken swift action following the cholera outbreak, especially in Kabala Ward. He has directed the chemical treatment of all wells to ensure safe drinking water and protect residents.
The Chairman has also declared a State of Emergency on the outbreak. PHC Zakari Isah (Daura Road) is now the main isolation and treatment center. Kaduna North has recorded 37 cases, and the LGA has deployed two ambulances, a sensitization team, and a mobile court to enforce environmental laws.

Representatives of WHO, the State PHC Board, WDC chairmen, security personnel, and other stakeholders joined the Chairman during the intervention.

Kaduna North ta samu akalla majinyata 37, sannan an tura motocin asibiti biyu, tawagar wayar da kai, da kotun tafi-da-gidanka, tare da hadin gwiwar WHO, State PHC Board, WDC da jami’an tsaro wajen kare lafiyar jama’a.
